Perfect location in city centre, close to everything Bathroom was small but granf,toiletries included, but hair dryer is on request. Beds very comfortable, good size room.breakfast was lovely,very tasty, good choices. No fridge or kettle tho. Easy get to the airport by tram or bus.Very good value for money, would probably stay again if im staying in prague again

Booked here for a last minute break away with my son and wanted to be close to Old Town. Prague is relatively inexpensive so my advice would be to spend more money booking a room elsewhere. Room was extremely basic. No kettle or hair dryer. Wouldn’t bother with breakfast unless you want cereal or toast. Very noisy with doors constantly slamming at all hours of night. It was a base to sleep but that’s it. Only positive was it was a few minutes walk to Old Town. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay and wished I’d paid out more to stay somewhere better.

Hotel is what it is for a budjet hotel no kettle in room and read somewhere there was a coffee machine in reception that is not true breakfast is standard thats it the reason for poor review is the staff unhelpful unfriendly had 3 different prices for a late checkout from staff one member in particular was so rude and had a very bad attitude i normally leave a good tip for house cleaning and hotel staff but because of his attitude i left nothing i will return to prague but NEVER stay at this hotel again

Excellent location and hotel ok but a little tired. Our bedroom window overlooked the main train station platform so had the announcements until the early hours. Overall enjoyed the stay and location made up for the train announcements

We were in a big group and that maybe caused some disruption, but that should be considered. A staff member made us pay for a door that was already broken. Refused to provide a spare towel. There was a problem with room booking that required a good half an hour to solve. And that's the first half day. I love Prague, but look for a different place to stay. Also, rooms too hot, old carpet... Cheap but not worth it.
